At Kindware, we believe in "Tech for Good." We build tools to empower people—specifically neurodivergent children and their families. We have no interest in "data mining" or tracking our users. Our goal is to provide high-tech solutions like Amelia’s Voice while keeping your family’s data private and secure.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the bare minimum required to provide our services:

Contact Forms

If you contact us via our website (using Formspree), we receive the email address and message you provide. We use this strictly to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell these addresses or use them for marketing lists.

User Accounts

For Amelia’s Voice, we collect your email address to manage your account, save your custom tiles, and provide access across devices.

Voice Samples

To generate a custom "Voice ID," we process audio samples provided by the user.

• Anonymity: These samples are processed in a way that is untraceable back to the individual owner.
• Deletion: We do not store these audio samples long-term. They are wiped regularly from our processing systems once the Voice ID is generated.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

• No Tracking: We do not use "tracking cookies" or pixels to follow you around the web.
• No Sensitive Data Selling: We will never sell your personal information or your child’s data to third parties.
• No Ads: We do not run third-party advertisements on our platform.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a few trusted partners to make the "magic" happen:

• Formspree: For handling our contact form submissions.
• ElevenLabs: For high-quality voice synthesis. Voice samples sent for processing are governed by their security protocols in addition to our own deletion cycles.

5. Security

We take the security of your account seriously. However, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use unique passwords for your Kindware account.

6. Your Rights

If you would like your account or any associated email data deleted from our systems, simply contact us at administrator@kindware.ca, and we will remove it immediately.
